Scott Disick and Kourtney Kardashian Back Together For The ‘Money’

Kourtney Kardashian has reportedly decided to reunite with Scott Disick. But it’s not because she thinks he’ll finally clean up his act — it’s because she knows their drama is ratings gold. And great ‘KUWTK’ ratings equals more money in their pockets.

Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick are reportedly back together. While some of you may think that’s a bad move on Kourtney’s part, considering Scott was caught engaging in hot PDA with his ex-girlfriend, Chloe Bartoli, in early July, they have one thing on their minds — money.

“Scott is one of the key players on Keeping Up With the Kardashians,”a source told Life & Style.

 He helps bring in the ratings, which means more money for him, the network, and the Kardashians, but either way, he already signed a deal with E! before the cheating scandal, so “they have to contractually pay him anyway.”

Scott and Kourtney’s reconciliation may be awkward for them, but it’ll be well worth it for Kourtney, as their “reality contracts have escalators in them, meaning if she meets certain ratings numbers, she will get more money.”

 And Scott’s antics certainly bring in the ratings. The highest-rated episode of Season 9 featured Scott, 32, flipping out on Kourtney, 36, when she revealed she was pregnant with their third child. And in 2010, one of Scott’s alcohol-fueled episodes drew in almost 2.5 million viewers.

But just because they’ll be getting more money and higher ratings, doesn’t mean it’s going to be fun. “[Scott and Kourtney] will have to film scenes together and talk about their problems. 

They’ll talk more on the show than they talk in real life,” the source added.
